A striking evergreen conifer valued for its rugged, textured bark and dark green needles. Naturally irregular in form, it develops into a bold, windswept-looking tree often used as a feature specimen or for coastal planting. Very hardy, salt tolerant, and adaptable to sandy soils. Excellent for bonsai, coastal gardens, or as a dramatic landscape tree.
