Acer palmatum Koto ito komanchi

DECIDUOUS. A rare and striking Japanese Maple with long, narrow strap-like leaves that give it a delicate, fine-textured appearance. Fresh green spring foliage turns rich shades of orange, red, and gold in autumn. Compact and slow-growing, it makes a beautiful feature tree for courtyards, patios, and small gardens.

Mature size: 2–3m tall x 1.5–2m wide
Position: Sheltered, part shade; moist, well-drained soil
